A short, indicative assessment against the published eligibility norms for the Main Board, NSE SME and BSE SME platforms.

Main Board IPO — Eligibility Criteria

Net tangible assets of at least ₹3 crore in each of the preceding three full financial years.

Calculated on a restated and consolidated basis, with not more than 50% held in monetary assets.

Average operating profit of at least ₹15 crore over the preceding three years, with operating profit in each of those years.

Net worth of at least ₹1 crore in each of the preceding three full financial years.

If the company changed its name in the last year, at least 50% of revenue for the preceding full year came from the new-name activity.

Answer yes if there has been no name change in the last year.

Common Criteria

01

None of the promoters, directors, founders or investors are debarred from accessing the capital markets.

A company cannot apply for an IPO until any debarment period has expired.

None of the promoters, directors, founders or investors are associated with another company debarred from the capital markets.

Association with a debarred entity disqualifies the issuer.

None of the promoters, directors, founders or investors are wilful defaulters.

Defaulter status is checked at the time of filing.

04

None of the promoters, directors, founders or investors are declared fugitive economic offenders.

Under the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018.

Promoters will hold at least 20% of the post-issue equity.

Minimum promoters' contribution, locked in post listing.
